How to price each surface

Measure the area, then estimate your time from your real cleaning speed for that surface, plus setup and cleanup.
Add chemicals and fuel per job, set a job minimum, then add your margin. Our estimator and driveway pricing guide walk through it.
We don’t publish “going rates.” They vary by area and we can’t verify them.

Faster estimates with software

QuoteIQ’s pressure washing page says MapMeasure Pro measures driveways, house exteriors, decks, patios and walkways from satellite imagery and feeds the measurements into the estimate. It lists the tool on Beginner, Pro, Elite and Max (QuoteIQ’s pressure washing page). We haven’t tested it on real jobs.

What should a pressure washing estimate include?

Each surface with its approximate size, the cleaning method, the price per surface, a total, and terms covering water use, prep, stains that may not come out, weather and payment.

Should I list soft washing separately?

Yes. Many owners list the method per surface so customers can see why a house wash is priced differently from a driveway.

Can I quote pressure washing without visiting the property?

Many owners quote from customer photos plus aerial measurements. QuoteIQ lists satellite measuring from its Beginner plan; CrewNest lists satellite measurements on its free plan.
